The World will Turn if you're Ready or Not

Our Political leaders continue to ignore the overwhelming scientific evidence of Global Warming. Why can't they all just sit down and chat over some Get-Your-Shit-Together Pie and Fizzy Pop! Sometimes all you can do is make your point then wait for a reaction - Like sitting on the dark-side of the moon waiting for Earth-rise just to say I told you so.

Don't get me wrong, I will never give up - Ever! We are using far too many resources, Way too quickly. There is enough in the world for everybodys need, but not everybodys greed. It is our generation that is going to have to deal with the consequences of this. Everybody will take that in a different way - Everyone will have to except it, But some of us - like myself - look at it as an exciting thing to be a part of - Others just don't want to except it.

Here are a few things you can do to help:
-Vote for leaders who pledge to solve the climate crisis.
-Write Congress - If they don't listen, Run for Congress.
-Plant trees, Lots of trees! (Trees would like nothing more than to munch away at all that carbon dioxide!)
-Turn your thermostat down 1 degree.
-Turn off your t.v. when you are finished with it - Burn some calories and get up and switch it off!
-Take public transportation, If possible - Carpool!
-Contact your energy company and ask if they offer Green Energy (If they say no, Ask them why not).

Everybody needs to realize that our ability to survive on planet Earth is what's at stake! Let's be the generation that really makes a difference! Let's rewrite the history books - So it will tell the future that this was our finest hour!
