Researchers say that in 2007 arctic sea ice melted at a faster rate than ever before, About 1 Million square miles of arctic ice melted in 2007 alone...Which is roughly the size of 6 Californias. This has an obvious and dangerously overwhelming impact on every part of the ecosystem.
