Kids Are Americans Too...

...I could not agree more with that statement.

It is also the title of Bill O' Reilly's new book in which he (and his co-author Charles Flowers) explore timely questions being debated in and out of households and courtrooms everyday, Including:
  • Christianity in schools
  • Kids being picked on at school for being homosexual or for their religous beliefs
  • Do parents have the right to eavesdrop on their childrens telephone conversations?

I personally don't like talking about christianity because you never know who you are going to offend (Hence the children being picked on). But, as far as christianity in schools is concerned I think that it is a good thing as long as it is voluntary and not mandatory and if they can get as many religions as possible in these classes.

Making fun of somebodys sexuality is something children learn at home. If parents walk around talking bad about "different" people, they will have the children that go to school and make fun of another child or as O' Reilly used the word "Bully" He says "Bullying is a terribly sad thing". That is almost a joke, This is the same person that ambushes celebritys, politians, and other public figures to make them look foolish. (Has O' Reilly even read this book?)

*This is a video of "The O' Reilly Crew" ambushing Rosie O'Donnells signing for her new book "Celeb Detox" He was obviously to much of a coward to go to the signing himself.

As far as Eavesdropping on your children goes, I believe that if you think your child is doing something illegal or is in some sort of danger or putting someone else in danger than yes it is 100% exceptable. But if you are doing it just so that you feel like you are in control then that is when it is concidered "crossing the line".

Bill O' Reilly might want to start reading his own material and start making sense of all of his "work" and quit trying to annoy people and please quit trying to be funny and cute. Your time has past. Except that! & go eavesdrop on your 4 year old.

Thanks for reading,
